Privacy policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
This policy explains what Activ8 collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read.
1. Who we are
Activ8 Experiences — Immersive Entertainment Creative Agency — operating Activ8experiences.com. For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your information, contact us at privacy@activ8experiences.com.
2. What this site does not do
Worth stating first, because it removes most of what a privacy policy usually covers. This site:
- sets no advertising or tracking cookies;
- runs no third-party analytics;
- loads no scripts, fonts, pixels or embeds from anyone else, so no third party observes your visit;
- does not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under California law;
- does not profile you or make automated decisions about you.
3. What we collect
When you browse
Our hosting provider records what any web server records in order to answer a request: IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested and the time. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.
When you contact us
If you email us or submit a form, we receive what you send — typically your name, email address, company and whatever you tell us about your project. We use it to reply and to discuss the work. Nothing more.
Cookies
We use no cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking. If a strictly necessary cookie is ever needed to make a feature work, it will do only that and nothing else.
4. Why we are allowed to hold it
Because you asked us to respond to you, and because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing our own website. If you are in a jurisdiction that requires consent for a given purpose, we ask for it before relying on it.
5. Who else sees it
Our hosting provider and our email provider, each only as far as delivering the service requires. We do not sell personal information, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We may disclose information if the law requires it, and we will say so unless we are forbidden from saying so.
6. How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded. Correspondence is kept while a conversation is live and for as long as it is useful to a working relationship afterwards.
A specific retention schedule is to be set with counsel.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, and access to anything we receive is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect; we do not claim otherwise.
8. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to privacy@activ8experiences.com and we will respond.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you those rights explicitly, along with the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing for you to opt out of. If you are in the UK or the EEA, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you equivalent rights, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
9. Children
This site is for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other sites
Where we link out, that site’s own policy governs what it does. We have no control over it.
11. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where it matters, say what changed.
Governing law for this policy: the State of Nevada, to be confirmed with counsel.
